Method

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pat cookie dough into prepared dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, for filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in egg, almond extract, milk, and the 2 tablespoons flour until smooth. Stir in peaches. Pour filling over crust. For streusel, in a small bowl stir together nuts, the 3 tablespoons flour, and brown sugar; sprinkle over filling. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool at room temperature for 2 hours. Cover and chill.

Notes: This is one of our favorite ways to eat cheesecake. The added streusel on top together with the sugar cookie crust, makes this peachy dessert the perfect ending to an Easter meal.
