Potatoes Au Gratin

An easy to make side dish of potatoes baked with Velveeta cheese and sour cream for just about any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen O'Brian Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Melted Margarine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dry Onion
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 8 oz Carton Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Velveeta cubed
- 2 Cups Corn Flakes

Method
Mix together (not Corn Flakes). Grease 9x13 pan. Top with 1/4 cup Margarine cut up. Top with Corn Flakes.
