Potato Casserole

Take these cheesy potatoes au gratin to your next potluck as a perfect side dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 8-10 potatoes
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method

Cook potatoes until tender, drain, refrigerate and grate. Mix together sour cream, cheese, soup, salt, and onion. Combine sour cream sauce with potatoes in large bowl. Put in 9 x 13 dish. Combine cornflakes and butter and spread cornflake mixture over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
