Pecans, cranberries, raisins and Parmesan cheese turn ordinary potatoes into a special holiday dish.
Cut potatoes in quarters then cube. Heat butter in skillet, add potatoes, salt, pepper, red onion and olive oil. Cook until semi-tender. Add raisins, cranberries, pecans and Parmesan cheese. Toss and cook until potatoes are tender and brown. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce.
