Easter Sweet Cake

Sweet apricots make this special Easter dessert extra moist and delicious. Topped with a powdered sugar glaze.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 small jars apricots
- Powdered sugar glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/8-1/2 cup apricot juice

Method
Mix together all ingredients well. Bake in a lightly oiled tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost cake with a powdered sugar glaze: simply: mix powdered sugar and apricot juice until it reaches the appropriate spreading consistency, then spread on cake
Notes: Simple and easy to make. You can also so use apricot baby food as substitue for apricots.
