Easter Pretzels

Honey gives these pretzels a hint of sweetness. Form them into Easter egg shapes for a special holiday treat.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 small pinches yeast
  • 1 third cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

Mix honey, yeast, warm water, cooking oil and 1 egg in bowl. Add flour. Knead dough and roll into bunny eggs and other Easter items. Spread 1 egg over pretzel and sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until brown.

 

Notes: You can make any shape with this recipe.
